Allison Walsh
Allison is a director, cinematographer, and editor with a fine art background. Her passion for storytelling led her to video and documentary filmmaking, where collaboration drives her creative process. Allison loves helping clients fulfill their mission and communicate with the world through moving images. Outside of video, her favorite hobbies are playing soccer and speaking Spanish. Allison has a BFA from Bradley University and studied documentary with Kartemquin Films in Chicago.

Nina McFarlane
Nina is an photographer, cinematographer, and producer for Aluma Media. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Journalism at Illinois State University. From there, she landed her first job as an on-air reporter for WMBD news in Peoria. Working in journalism only fueled her passion for film, video production, and editing. In her free time, Nina loves to cook, travel, and stay active.

Jess Moreano
As the Production Assistant for Aluma Media, Jess manages the equipment and ensures every production runs smoothly. Jess has worked as a barista and as a freelance reporter for Peoria’s public radio station, WCBU. She has a BA in International Studies and Political Science from Bradley University. Jess likes to write, work on her own photo and video projects, and spend time outside.
